Projects and teams

Two simple ways to keep things organized.

Projects

A project is a workspace for one agent. When you create it you set:

• A name.
• A look (pick a character).
• An accent color.
• Which calendars it watches.

Today a project mainly keeps your recordings library tidy by grouping calls from the calendars you picked.

Teams

Invite teammates to your team by email and give each a role (owner, admin, or member). They get an invite email and join once they accept.
