Let Harvest join your scheduled calls automatically, or drop it into any meeting on demand.

Connect your calendar

Sign in with Google and allow calendar access. That is the whole setup. There is no separate connect button. Harvest then reads your calendars and finds the meetings that have a Google Meet link.

Choose which calendars Harvest watches

• Your own calendars are watched by default.
• Calendars shared with you as read only are off by default, so the bot does not join your colleagues meetings.
• You can turn any calendar on or off in settings.

Automatic join

For meetings on a watched calendar that have a Meet link, the bot joins around the start time on its own. You do not have to do anything per meeting.

• To stop it for a single meeting, skip that meeting.
• To stop it for a whole calendar, turn that calendar off.

Join a meeting on demand

Need the bot in a call that is not on your calendar? Paste the Meet link into Join now on your dashboard. The bot joins in about 10 to 30 seconds.

Bot settings

• Display name. The name the bot shows in the call. Default is Harvest AI.
• Maximum recording length. 30, 60, 120, 240 minutes, or unlimited. The bot leaves after that.
