Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of Harvest AI at tryharvest.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Harvest.
The Service
Harvest sends an AI notetaker to the Google Meet calls you choose, then records, transcribes, and summarizes them and stores the results in your workspace. Harvest is currently in early access and provided on an "as is" basis.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must use the Service lawfully and keep your credentials secure.
Recording consent
You are responsible for complying with the laws and policies that apply to recording your meetings, including notifying and obtaining consent from participants where required. The notetaker appears as a visible participant in the call.
Your content
You own your recordings, transcripts, and summaries. You grant Harvest the limited rights needed to process and store them so we can provide the Service. You may delete them at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Harvest to break the law, infringe others' rights, record without proper consent, or disrupt the Service.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Harvest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms or the Service. We'll post the new date above, and material changes will be communicated by email.
