Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 June 2026

Harvest AI ("Harvest", "we", "us") provides an AI notetaker that joins your Google Meet calls to record, transcribe, and summarize them. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. By using Harvest at tryharvest.ai, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Account & calendar. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image, and — with your permission — read your Google Calendar to know which meetings to join.

Meeting content. For calls you ask Harvest to join, we capture the audio, video, transcript, and an AI-generated summary, and store them in your private cloud workspace.

Usage data. Basic technical logs (e.g. device and error information) used to keep the service running.

How we use it

To join your meetings, produce your recordings, transcripts, and summaries, sync your calendar, secure your account, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your meeting content to train third-party models.

Sharing & processors

We share data only with the processors that run Harvest: Google (sign-in & Calendar), our cloud storage and transcription/AI providers, and our email provider — each only to the extent needed to deliver the service. Recordings are private unless you create a share link.

Harvest's use of information from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention & your choices

You can delete a recording at any time, and you can disconnect Google or delete your account to remove your data. We retain recordings for as long as your workspace keeps them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to your account. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Harvest is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
